Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date of purchase for select products where the expiry date is exhausted. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns for perishable goods such as food, dairy products, etc. Additionally, we do not accept returns for sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Gift cards and some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, such as if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days. The repayment method will be communicated to you via email.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
