Ambemohar Rice


Ambemohar is a fragrant rice variety cultivated in Maharashtra with a unique  reminiscent of mango blossoms. It is quick cooking, stays intact, tender yet sticky, and is simple to digest. This grain is ideal for making and serving as Bhaat with Varan, Masale Bhaat, Biryani or Pulav, or even Idli batter or Kheer.
